Today, as Lead IT Architect at IBM, I lead the architecture of a major modernization initiative for one of Germany’s top private health insurers: e-health systems, secure customer self-service capabilities, and AI-powered test automation across the entire software development life cycle. In parallel, I advise IBM clients across accounts on Agentic AI roadmaps and on integrating generative AI into enterprise architectures.

What drives me: most companies want AI, but across the DACH region, adoption routinely stalls on data security, sovereignty, and compliance. That is exactly the problem I solve. To me, Privacy by Design is not a buzzword; it is an architectural principle.

And because I want to build, not just advise, I co-founded an AI startup, co-invented a patented AI computation model, and run my own investment holding company.
